Overview of ePrint & Share:
HP Designjet ePrint & Share is a printing service for large format printers with cloud service targeted for AEC users (Architecture/Engineering / Construction). It allows them to print locally and via cloud and to save a copy of every print in the cloud. It will improve how they collaborate on projects with stakeholders and keep track of the printed and shared documents. It is available across different platforms, such as desktop, web, mobile/tablet, and printer´s control panel.

The goal of the project was to create a seamless and consistent printing experience using ePrint technology for multiple devices including desktop, web, mobile app and printers control panel.
My Role & Contribution:
As an interaction designer, I worked closely with lead ux designer, ux researcher and visual designer to participate in user studies to understand and observe how our users were using HP’s large format printers and its current printing software. Based on the findings, wireframes which were reviewed by stakeholders. I also participated in user testing sessions to test, iterate and validate designs. In the end, I created design specification documents to share with development teams.
