Sr. User Experience Designer
As a lead designer for SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer, Service product, worked closely with product management and development and technical writes to improve the quality of the complex enterprise software. Led design effort to create next generation product concepts. Collaborated with other designers and researcher to achieve design consistency across different products. Participated in design thinking workshops and research session with users to understand pain points and learn insights. Mentor junior designers to deliver high quality designs. Responsibilities included wireframes, prototyping, design research, design specification documents , visual design and testing.

Responsible for creating holistic user experience design for Immersive Computing, Blended Reality team. Worked in a multi-disciplinary team including product development, marketing, software development, computer vision and platforms following the agile development  process. Managed multiple projects such as desktop applications, OOBE and web. Participated in design research and concept development sessions. Created work flows, wireframes, lo-hi fidelity prototypes, design documentations.

As part of the Customer Experience team, work closely with UX lead, marketing and R&D to deliver solutions for intuitive printing software based on user needs, research findings, defined concept and requirements. The goal is to create positive user experience for  large format printing across different platforms such as desktop, printer´s front panel, mobile
application and web. Responsibilities include wireframing, UI design, creating detailed IxD specifications, preparing materials for low-fidelity prototypes and participation in usability tests.

Designed POP displays, point of sales, retail displays and store furniture for national and international clients. Brands range from mid-end to luxury, including Pandora, Majorica, Ulyss Nardin, Tous, Guess, and El Corte Ingles.

Industrial Designer
Developed house ware products, including kitchen tools & gadgets, pantryware, flatware and dinnerware. Also provided creative product concepts for brands like Food Network, Kamenstein, KitchenAid and Cuisinart. Responsibilities include ideation, market research, prototyping, production drawings, rendering and sample testing.

Industrial Designer
Working closely with product managers and engineers, created new and innovative tools for scrapbooking and craft industry. Market research and focus groups were performed to understand user needs and market opportunity. Responsibilities included ideation, product
development, market research, communication with vendors and packaging.


NOKIA _ Helsinki, Finland

Collaborative Student Project with MIT / RISD / TKK/ UIAH / HSE
Sponsored by NOKIA
Selected as one of the two industrial design students from RISD. A team of 13 multi-national students from business, design and engineering worked together to challenge the boundaries of Nokia products with the concept of digital infotainment system using mCam. The project ended with final presentation at the Helsinki engineering school, TKK in April and received a certificate from TKK.
